Gratitude and Reflection: Celebrating a Transformative Year with Yash Foundation

As the year 2025 gently closed and we began our transition into 2026, I found myself pausing not out of fatigue, but out of reverence.

Reverence for the journey we have shared.

At Yash Foundation, this past year has been one of profound growth, deep healing, and meaningful connection across cultures, continents, and ancestral lineages. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every subscriber, member, follower, well-wisher, collaborator, and silent supporter who has walked alongside us.

Your trust has made every step possible.

This reflection is not only a look back at our milestones, it is an acknowledgment that your presence has helped us co-create a living community rooted in remembrance, healing, creativity, and service.

Launching Healing Retreats That Unite Souls - Gratitude beyond limitations

One of the most defining milestones in 2025 was the expansion of our international healing retreats under the Master Your Heritage Living framework, a body of work that now continues into our upcoming retreats in 2026.

These retreats became sacred meeting grounds where individuals from diverse backgrounds gathered not merely to rest, but to remember their roots, reclaim identity, and realign with their soul inheritance.

The energy and transformation witnessed during these retreats have been inspiring.

Throughout the year, we welcomed seekers from Malaysia and India, into immersive retreat environments focused on:

  • Deep ancestral healing

  • Guided remembrance practices

  • Meditation and breathwork

  • Intergenerational reconciliation

  • Soul development exercises

Participants shared stories of heritage, migration, grief, resilience, and belonging often discovering that the answers they sought externally were already encoded within their lineage.

Many left with a renewed sense of continuity between past, present, and future.

Connecting Communities Through One-Off Events in Malaysia and India

In 2025, we had the honour of hosting intimate one-off healing gatherings in Malaysia and India.

In Malaysia, our sessions integrated traditional healing arts with contemporary therapeutic approaches supporting participants in reconnecting with their cultural identity while navigating modern-day pressures.

In India, our gatherings centred on ancestral remembrance and guided soul journeys. Through storytelling, ritual, and collective silence, participants engaged with practices that helped them move from inherited survival patterns into conscious living.

These community-based events grounded our work in lived realities particularly within diaspora communities negotiating identity, loss, and belonging.

Offering Free Classes and Support to Those in Need

Accessibility continues to remain a core value of Yash Foundation.

Throughout 2025, we offered free online classes and healing support sessions for individuals facing financial challenges. These sessions included meditation, breathwork, and foundational ancestral healing practices ensuring that healing knowledge was not reserved only for the privileged.

We worked with individuals navigating:

  • advanced-stage illnesses

  • post-surgical recovery

  • relationship breakdowns

  • career transitions

  • emotional overwhelm and anxiety

Several participants reported noticeable internal shifts within weeks reminding us that healing often begins with the simple act of being witnessed and guided.

Building Community Through the Affiliate Program for Retreats

This year also marked the launch of our Retreat Affiliate Initiative inviting aligned individuals to become bridges between this work and communities in need of it.

Affiliates helped organise local introductions, initiate conversations around heritage-led healing, and support participants as they prepared for retreat experiences.

By decentralising leadership, we strengthened our collective capacity for service transforming participants into facilitators of remembrance within their own communities.

Sharing Soul Journeys Through Soul Return

2025 witnessed the publication of my memoir, Soul Return a deeply personal account of lived miracle experiences, ancestral encounters, and spiritual reconciliation.

Now available in English and German, the book has resonated with readers across continents who describe it as both confronting and comforting, an invitation to examine their own inheritance of memory, silence, and strength.

Upcoming Film Adaptation

We are also honoured to be in early development for the film adaptation of Soul Return, which seeks to bring these stories of courage, healing, and ancestral reconnection into visual storytelling.

It is our hope that this adaptation will reach new audiences particularly those who may not yet have language for what they carry within their lineage.

Summary of Year 2025

The year 2025 has been a testament to the quiet power of community, trust, and shared intention.

Every retreat, gathering, class, and publication was made possible because you chose to walk this path with us.

As we step into 2026 with retreats in India, Malaysia, and extend into Europe as our next gathering point for Master Your Heritage Living, we remain committed to creating inclusive spaces where healing is not an abstract ideal, but a lived, relational practice.

I invite you to continue this journey with us:

Join a retreat.

Attend a class.

Or simply share this work with someone who may be searching.

Together, we remember.

Together, we return.
