Ashram by Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi more known as Beatles ashram made international news when Beatles stayed there in 1968 and practiced transcendental meditation and created their song albums. At this place, you will be one with nature and hear the river Ganga flowing.
The site is under the care of the local forest department.
The Beatles cafe in Rishikesh came later named after them.
